That is what makes us Roche.****Working with a dynamic team of Logistics, you will play a critical role in the movement of materials within the Distribution Center located in Sant Cugat, Spain. As a materials handling expert, you will be entrusted with receiving, storage, picking, inventory control and shipping, in compliance with corporate standards. To enable you to accomplish this task, you will make use of a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, and power trucks.****As part of operations, you will be a team member who is relied on to have a good understanding of procedures and equipment. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. You will contribute to the team’s success by sharing your knowledge from previous experiences.****Your dedication and commitment will make Roche DIA ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.****More specifically, your role will include the following challenges :*** **Possess extensive knowledge of all operations conducted in the Distribution Center, supporting the organization leaders of the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency while maintaining cleanliness and order.*** **Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.*** **Demonstrate proficiency in the various systems used to perform tasks related to operations within the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, checking incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verifying the correct temperature of items upon arrival.*** **Report any incidents or discrepancies found during the operations promptly.*** **Store products in designated locations and pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures, ensuring all items are accurately selected and properly packaged.*** **Prepare kitting packages for assembly production.*** **Manage all processes related to returned products, handling both physical and administrative tasks associated with returns.*** **Collaborate with team leads to propose actions that enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring KPI targets are met.******Who you are:***** **You are enthusiastic, positive attitude and flexible.*** **You are focused on continuous improvement.*** **You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.*** **Analytical thinking, teamwork spirit, proactive and innovative.******Qualifications and experience:***** **Professional Education in Transport and Logistics.
