Time Management

Health and Safety Management - implementing Industry Best Practice operations to provide a safe working operation for the employee and those around them.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConfiguration of meeting rooms.
Delivery and handling of pallets.
**Brand store**: receive orders.
**Fleet**: Checklist, cranes and workshops.
**Reprographic area**: keep the area tidy, replenish paper, empty containers.
Daily removal of waste containers (organic and plastic).
Register daily containers of paper, cardboard and generated garbage.
Support of manipulation of product according to necessities of the client.
**Warehouses**: keep the warehouses clean and tidy and free of boxes.
**Green point**: to maintain clean and orderly the warehouses and free of boxes.
Assist to the handyman and Mail room operator in any daily request.
Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
To wear personal protective equipment when conditions require or when required to do so by the relevant risk assessment, method statement or mandatory signage.
Carry out all works in an appropriately health and safety conscious manner following material safety instructions and using, permits to work, risk assessments, method statements where appropriate to do this.
