Job Description SummaryAnalyze logistics data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.Job DescriptionMajor accountabilitiesCreate daily reports on upcoming deliveries and their status for proactive identification of potential issues.Develop and maintain mapping of different delivery lanes to optimize routing and efficiency.Investigate and analyze late or failed deliveries to identify root causes and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.Monitor flights carrying deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation, as well as prepare ad hoc and regular reports on logistics metrics.Perform checks to ensure compliance with FDA regulations for released products.Minimum RequirementsFormal education or previous experience in the fields of Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning or similar.English proficiency plus local language knowledge needed.Desirable RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role.Knowledge of agile methodologies.Familiarized with data management in a global environment.Why Novartis?Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
