The Logistics Analyst plays a key role in monitoring deliveries, updating databases, identifying and escalating risks, and preparing reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.### About the Role**Major accountabilities:*** Create daily reports on upcoming deliveries and their status for proactive identification of potential issues.* Develop and maintain mapping of different delivery lanes to optimize routing and efficiency.* Investigate and analyze late or failed deliveries to identify root causes and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.* Monitor flights carrying deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation, as well as prepare ad hoc and regular reports on logistics metrics.* Perform checks to ensure compliance with FDA regulations for released products.**Minimum Requirements:*** Formal education or previous experience in the fields of Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning or similar.* English proficiency plus local language knowledge needed.**Desirable Requirements:*** Previous experience in a similar role.* Knowledge of agile methodologies.* Familiarized with data management in a global environment.**You’ll receive:** You can find everything you need to know about our benefits and rewards in the Novartis Life Handbook.
