We have been in operation for over 30 years and are committed to providing our employees with a safe and friendly environment.We work across a diverse range of sectors providing sustainable services and innovative solutions for our customers.About the RoleThis is a hands‑on coordination role responsible for managing administration, customer service staff, and the scheduling of bins and other services for our customers. You will be the central point of contact between customers, drivers, and internal staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, support, and manage admin and customer service staffAllocate daily tasks and ensure workloads are managed efficientlyMonitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and supportManage staff rosters, leave coordination, and day‑to‑day attendance issuesAct as the escalation point for complex customer enquiries and complaintsSchedule and coordinate skip bins, hook bins, and other waste servicesLiaise closely with drivers and operations to ensure schedules are metHandle daily customer enquiries via phone and emailProcess bookings, changes, and service requestsMaintain accurate scheduling, job records, and administrative systemsIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and service qualityAbout YouPrevious experience in administration, scheduling, logistics, or coordination (waste, transport, or construction industry experience highly regarded)Strong customer service and communication skillsConfident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent organisational and problem‑solving skillsComfortable dealing with drivers, customers, and internal teamsProficient with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and emailAbility to lead by example and support team performanceWhat We OfferStable, full‑time position with a growing WA businessSupportive team environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to grow with the companyDoes this sound like you?
