Our success is built on quality work, strong relationships, and a supportive team culture.About the RoleDue to continued growth, we’re seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Malaga-based team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be a key link between clients, technicians, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring service works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Client & Job Coordination:Coordinate and schedule reactive and programmed maintenance worksAct as the main point of contact for client service requests and enquiriesMonitor job progress and maintain clear communication with clients and techniciansCoordinate the rotating on-call roster for after-hours emergenciesAssist with quoting, procurement, and supplier/contractor liaisonCompliance, Systems & WHS:Maintain accurate job, staff, and contractor records in SimPRO and client portalsTrack licences, inductions, competencies, and compliance requirementsEnsure SWMS, permits, and site safety requirements are in place before works commenceAct as the communication link for WHS requirements between clients and field staffSupport audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesAdministration & Accounts Support:Assist with weekly invoicing and job close-outsSupport the Accounts team with billing queries and aged debt follow-upMaintain accurate records, policies, and client documentationProvide general administrative and ad-hoc support to managementHelp monitor upcoming opportunities and operational improvementsAbout You Experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administration role (preferred)Background in a service-based industry such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is advantageousStrong communication skills with a customer-focused approachHighly organised with excellent attention to detailPositive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer Permanent full-time role | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pmCompetitive salary + company bonus + super + company mobileOn-the-job training and ongoing development opportunitiesSupportive, family-oriented team culture with long-term stabilityCentral Malaga location, social events, Friday lunches, and staff benefitsHiring now Interviews underway — apply today and join our team .Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a service coordinator?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have a current Australian driver\'s licence?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?What can I earn as a Service Coordinator#J-18808-Ljbffr
