Join our fast-growing company, a leader in its field, as our Global IT Business Partner for Salesforce CRM , based in Madrid. You will be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor in shaping, delivering, and optimizing the organization’s CRM environment to transform the patient and customer journey. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations leadership to define Salesforce roadmap supporting patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. Shape Salesforce strategy to optimize the patient lifecycle - from first contact through treatment and long-term care. Stay abreast of Salesforce platform developments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI) and advise stakeholders on their potential value. Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local data privacy requirements). Represent business needs in IT planning and portfolio management, balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategy. Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud). Manage Salesforce backlog: prioritize enhancements, oversee sprints/releases, and ensure high-quality delivery. Partner with IT architects to integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR, ERP and Data platforms, billing systems, and third-party fertility/healthcare applications. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance are embedded in all solutions. Define KPIs such as patient lead conversion, referral success, engagement metrics, and case resolution time to track CRM impact. Drive user adoption and change management through enablement, communication, and training activities. Serve as the single point of contact between IT and business for CRM topics. Build trust with business leaders by providing thought leadership and tangible solutions. Build strong partnerships with vendors and Salesforce consultants to deliver industry-specific solutions. Academic training : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus). 7+ years of IT/business partnering, product ownership, or business analysis experience with at least 3–5 years in Salesforce CRM. ~ Hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus). ~ Familiarity with the integration of Salesforce with EHR/EMR or patient management systems – is a plus. Understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, local health data protection laws) is a plus. Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
