The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify data requirements, build data solutions, and ensure seamless integration into the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) to meet reporting and analytics needs.ResponsibilitiesFormulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and business requirements.Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates them into system specifications.Prioritizes development items to align with business goals.Works closely with the US/Canada business unit to understand data and reporting needs.Identifies and prioritizes additional data fields for granular reporting and analytics.Analyzes current data availability and identifies gaps needed for business reporting.Defines and documents transformations required to combine business unit data with enterprise data within the EDP.Assists in building and maintaining data pipelines to ingest data into the EDP.Assists in developing scalable processes for efficient data flow and integration.Serves as primary contact for the US/Canada business unit for all data and IT matters.Fosters strong relationship between business and Enterprise System, acting as strategic partner.Facilitates regular communications between business and EDP team for collaboration and transparency.Attends daily stand‑up calls with the development team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, or business relationship management, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.Knowledge of business applications, including client-facing IQVIA products.Ability to understand client requirements and infrastructure applications.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau and familiarity with database management systems.Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes.Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems is a plus.Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.CompanyIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.Seniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob FunctionInformation Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
