Reporting to CMD. Your responsibilities will be focused on service/operations execution along with service coordinators, service engineers and heads of of offices in Algeciras, Las Palmas and Oporto. Main responsibilities include: Support to Operations team when required Daily Madrid Service Station service and workshop tracking Support to Spain and Portugal service needs. Strong collaboration with other business areas: Sales, Finance. Regular follow up of diƯerent business topics: Operational KPIs (time reporting, invoicing, service execution quality). Bearing and pump business (reconditioning) Purchase and logistics department. 5S and improvement projects across Portugal and Spain oƯices. Health and Safety rules in Madrid Service Station, ensuring compliance Facility management Your BackgroundService Experience: Experienced in workshop and field service handling. Managerial skills: good skills for handling / dealing with teams (white collar and blue collar) Communication: Spanish. English required. Health and Safety mindset. Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with workshop and field activities Knowledge of turbomachinery and/or engines is desired. Knowledge of marine (engines) and/or cogeneration operation is desired. SAP and Office knowledge needed. Travelling availably: 5-10% of time. We look forward to receiving your application.
