Head of Delivery

GMS is seeking a Head of Delivery to oversee the end-to-end execution of Conversational and Generative AI solutions , including Chatbots, Voicebots, and AI Avatars. This position will lead and scale the Delivery team, ensuring efficient development, seamless integration, and high-quality deployment of AI products within client ecosystems.GMS is the AI-driven communications solutions partner for Mobile Network Operators and Enterprises globally. We are the strategic partner of choice, ready to greenlight tomorrow.What you’ll do:Delivery Management & ExecutionOwn and continuously optimize Delivery Team frameworks, regulations, and processes to ensure consistency, accountability, and predictable execution.Manage the team’s workload, priorities, and delivery capacity, including dynamic allocation of personnel, tooling, and external resources.Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions, upholding standards for reliability, functional QA, testing procedures, documentation, and release readiness.Oversee end-to-end integration of Conversational and Generative AI solutions into client systems, ensuring technical and operational completeness.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate communication and alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across multiple regions and time zones.Maintain clear and proactive stakeholder management, ensuring expectations are aligned with contractual commitments, project scope, and delivery roadmaps.Support roadmap planning, release governance, and the alignment between business objectives and technical execution.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate operational, delivery, and technical risks; maintain transparent risk logs and establish clear escalation pathways.Monitor delivery metrics, team performance, and operational KPIs; develop improvement plans where necessary.Ensure all implementations adhere to internal quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.Lead, mentor, and develop Delivery team members through structured performance reviews, competency evaluations, and personalized development plans.Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Attract, onboard, and grow talent to meet evolving business and technological needs.Track emerging trends in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and broader AI/ML ecosystems.Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and introduction of new solution capabilities.Propose and implement enhancements to delivery workflows, methodologies, and tools.What we expect:University degree in Business, Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in delivery management or project management within complex IT or software development environments.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, integration workflows, and engineering fundamentals.Expertise in managing competing priorities, complex dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution, handling escalations, and managing challenging customer interactions.Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to drive structured planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.Hands-on expertise with task and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).Familiarity with modern AI/ML technologies: LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, cloud workflows, and API-based architectures.Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.Experience delivering conversational AI solutions or automated customer-engagement technologies is a strong plus.A background working with global or distributed engineering teams, along with prior leadership experience, would be considered a valuable advantage.What we offer:Multicultural & dynamic environment in fast-growing worldwide business.One-of-a-kind company culture – a mixture of open mindset, high dedication, striving for success, and team spirit.Professional team that is committed and stands for the highest standards of performance.Our values – Integrity, Agility, and Commitment – are vivid in day-to-day company activities.Customer-oriented culture with high respect for both internal and external customers.Competitive salary and bonus system.Choosing GMS, you greenlight tomorrowReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at GMS by 2x.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT System Custom Software Development, Technology, Information and Media, and Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
