What is our mission?Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected. What You'll DoLead the technical direction of a small, cross-functional engineering team.Design, build, and review scalable frontend solutions using React and modern frontend practices.Drive backend development with Node.js, ensuring clean APIs and solid architecture.Take ownership of technical decisions, system design, and architectural evolution.Define and promote best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.Oversee and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitHub Actions and automation.Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.Mentor and support team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.Ensure high standards in deployment and operations using Docker and Kubernetes Stay up to date with new technologies and drive continuous improvement across the development workflow.Work within an Agile environment, balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
