As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo Consulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle. You will be able to lead projects independently or work as part of a team on larger programs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and being the primary point of contact for all project‑related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject‑matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams. Automation Engineers are focused on developing intelligent Automation solutions, e.g., RPA, IDP, Test Automation, BPM (especially workflow and/or process orchestration), and Conversational AI. Experience in software development (Java, Python, as well as VB.NET) is required. General Responsibilities & Tasks Lead project workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) Strong track record of project management and data analysis Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality automation to our clients.
