We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading critical client workstreams, providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis, and collaborating with our team to deliver tailored solutions for our clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients. You can apply your knowledge of Hyperautomation (RPA, Low Code, Process Intelligence, Agentic AI) technologies and process excellence to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems. You will be able to lead projects independently or work as part of a team on larger programmes. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and will be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams. As a project manager, you will use your expertise and understanding of one or several hyperautomation technologies to ensure the smooth delivery of project workstreams, leveraging our existing implementation methodologies and showing initiative to adapt to our clients' context. Your PM role will often be coupled with a business analyst (BA) role. As a BA, you will be responsible for capturing process requirements and value creation potential, applying LEAN/ESSA principles to challenge the status quo and ensuring optimal process design, and ensuring end users are fully enabled on the new process once deployed. General: Responsibilities & tasks for this role Lead project workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients Must-have qualifications & competencies Minimum of 3 years of experience in process design and automation Strong track record of project management and data analysis Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships LEAN/Six Sigma certification is a plus Nice-to-have qualifications & competencies As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality automation to our clients.
