About The Role As HSE (Health Safety & Environment) Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in embedding a proactive, prevention‑focused safety culture at our new Ballarat site. You will partner with site leaders to implement integrated health, safety, and environmental systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Your role is hands‑on and highly visible, driving continuous improvement through data insights, coaching, and collaboration. Key responsibilities Build a strong safety culture through leadership and engagement Maintain and improve site HSE management systems Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and injury management programs Drive compliance with WHS, environmental, and food safety regulations Support sustainability initiatives and environmental performance monitoring Deliver HSE training and capability‑building programs About You You will bring the following: Certificate IV in WHS (essential); tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety (desirable) Experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within food manufacturing Strong knowledge of safety management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across all levels Digital literacy and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making A collaborative mindset and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment What's on offer at Mauri?
