The Role We are seeking a data-driven, business-savvy Senior Product Analyst specialized in creating and optimizing interactive forms within digital platforms. You will play a key role in designing seamless, personalized user flows for a travel website, leveraging advanced analytics and AI techniques to continuously enhance the user experience and maximize conversions. Measure and analyze user behavior using data tools such as Amplitude to identify friction points and abandonment rates Align product strategy with clear business KPIs and prioritize initiatives on the product roadmap predictive models, intelligent autocomplete, segmentation) to improve form efficiency and user experience Collaborate closely with UX/UI and development teams to build scalable, adaptive flows (e.g., Propose A/B tests and experiments to validate new features or form variations Stay informed about best practices in travel industry UX, data personalization, and smart experiences 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in B2C platforms, travel, e‑commerce, or SaaS ~ Hands‑on experience in designing and optimizing web forms and conversion flows ~ Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish ~ Solid business and technical acumen ~ A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohorts, heatmaps, etc ~ Experience working with multidisciplinary teams: data, engineering, design, and business ~ User‑centric mindset, data‑driven decision‑making, and problem‑solving orientation ~ Process‑oriented, team‑spirited, and performance‑driven ~ Prior experience in travel-tech or online reservation platforms Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make) or low‑code form platforms (Typeform, Jotform, Tally, etc.) Experience with content recommendation or personalization engines (e.g., "Growth and career development ~ Enjoy a flexible career path with personalized internal training and an annual budget for external learning opportunities ~ start, 3:30 - 6 p.m. end) and option of remote or Barcelona office, with free Friday afternoons and a 35-hour workweek in July and August ~ Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance (including dental and psychological services) ~In our Barcelona office you’ll find free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace with Mediterranean views ~ Location: You can choose to come to the office daily, occasionally, or work fully remote.
