Company DescriptionBrandLink is a MarTech and loyalty platform helping FMCG brands build direct, data-driven relationships with shoppers through personalized, omnichannel promotions.Using advanced receipt-scanning technology and first-party data, BrandLink enables brands to run effective direct-to-consumer campaigns, optimize trade marketing investments, and improve promotional efficiency across both online and offline retail environments.After successfully launching programs with international FMCG brands, BrandLink is now expanding its presence in Spain with a clear ambition to scale across Southern Europe.Role DescriptionThe Country Manager – Spain (Southern Europe Growth) is a senior, director-level role with full ownership of the Spanish market and a clear growth path toward leading Southern Europe (Portugal, Italy, France).This role combines commercial leadership, business development, market strategy, and execution. You will act as the country owner for Spain, working closely with the founders and product team to scale BrandLink's commercial presence and shape the regional growth strategy.Work format: This role is remote-friendly within Spain, with flexibility to work remotely and periodic travel for client meetings, industry events, and key business activities. Occasional presence in Málaga or other key locations may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop BrandLink's business in Spain, including market strategy, revenue growth, and partnershipsIdentify and execute commercial opportunities across FMCG sectors (food, beverages, beauty, household, pharma, alcohol)Lead senior-level negotiations with FMCG brands, agencies, and distributorsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital, Innovation)Define and execute go-to-market strategy together with foundersWork closely with the product team to localize and adapt solutions to market needsManage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reportingRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsOver time, build and lead a local commercial teamRequirementsSenior experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, or Country Management within FMCG, Trade Marketing, Digital / MarTech, Loyalty, or AgenciesStrong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and decision-making processesProven ability to close complex, high-value commercial dealsStrategic mindset combined with hands-on executionExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSpanish (native or fluent) and strong EnglishBased in Spain and available for periodic travelWhat We OfferDirector-level role with real ownership of the Spanish marketDirect access to founders and strong influence on product and strategyClear growth path toward Head of Southern EuropeCompetitive compensation package (fixed + performance-based)Long-term incentives / equity discussion possibleOpportunity to build and scale a market from an early stage
