La posición de Senior System Engineer tiene como misión liderar el desarrollo y la evolución de una nueva plataforma de ingeniería de software, diseñada para mejorar la eficiencia y calidad del desarrollo tecnológico en toda la organización. El puesto está basado en Barcelona, con posibilidad de trabajo híbrido y visitas ocasionales a la oficina cada 6-8 semanas. Rol : Actuar como referente técnico en la definición y evolución de la plataforma de ingeniería de software, estableciendo modelos de madurez, "golden paths" y scorecards. Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo y producto para implementar mejores prácticas en ingeniería de software, incluyendo CI / CD, DevOps y seguridad. Fomentar la adopción de la plataforma mediante la organización de eventos, talleres y actividades comunitarias. Recopilar feedback de la comunidad de desarrolladores para impulsar mejoras continuas en la plataforma. Trabajar en conjunto con equipos internacionales, reportando técnicamente al TPO basado en Alemania. Requisitos : Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ingeniería de sistemas o roles similares, con sólido conocimiento en prácticas de desarrollo de software. Dominio de Google Cloud Platform (GCP) y herramientas asociadas como Terraform, Flux y Argo CD. Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación como Typescript, Java, Kotlin o GoLang. Experiencia en implementación de procesos de integración y despliegue continuo (CI / CD). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto oral como escrito. Nice to have : Experiencia en construcción y mantenimiento de comunidades de desarrolladores. Conocimiento en prácticas de seguridad en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software. Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y cultura DevOps. Capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes lenguajes y tecnologías según las necesidades del proyecto.
