Convert renewal opportunities into revenue by qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline. Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to understand their needs and identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Assess customers current product or service usage to recommend suitable upgrades, renewals, or complementary solutions in collaboration with internal sales and technical teams.

Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the renewal process runs smoothly and is completed on time. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewal status, and pipeline activity within the company's CRM system. Provide customers with clear and accurate information about available products, services, and licensing options to support informed decision-making.
