Yet while the data is reliable by design, its business meaning is often implicit and difficult for AI systems to interpret, which prevents AI from reasoning over it reliably, safely, and at scale. We know why AI systems struggle to interpret enterprise data correctly, that many existing semantic layers stop at technical abstraction, and why business meaning must be made explicit to scale trust, reuse, and automation. What We Do Cirql One is a startup focused on building the missing link between ERP systems and AI: an SAP-native semantic intelligence layer that gives AI models and agents a shared, business-accurate understanding of enterprise data. Our vision is to be the new system-of-reason sitting above SAP - where intelligence, metrics, and AI automation are defined, governed, and executed. The result is a stable foundation for AI, automation, and analytics that can evolve independently of the underlying systems. Tasks We are building a platform that manages immense complexity—ontologies, data pipelines, and AI reasoning. If the user interface is confusing, the underlying power is useless. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who thinks in systems and not just screens. The challenge is not to "simplify" the data by hiding it, but to design intuitive workflows that allow power users to manage complex semantic assets with confidence. You will define how users interact with the "brain" of the enterprise. What You’ll Work On You will work at the intersection of the customer, engineering, and product. This role involves defining the fundamental platform elements, including how business meaning is represented, versioned, governed, and exposed, ensuring that enterprise data and business logic can be reliably utilized by software and AI.  You will work closely with product and engineering to turn complex, often ambiguous requirements into robust, scalable systems. You will regularly explain and defend architectural decisions across technical and non‑technical contexts. Clear thinking and clear communication matter as much as code. Requirements 7+ years of UX design experience, with 4+ years designing complex B2B or enterprise software (data platforms, developer tools, analytics applications, etc.) Expert in UI/UX design principles, interaction design patterns, and usability heuristics Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools Strong portfolio showcasing systematic thinking, clean aesthetics, and thoughtful solutions to complex UX challenges Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable recommendations BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Nice to Have Background in data visualization, dashboard design, or developer-facing tools Benefits Early-stage impact: Opportunity to shape the UX of a cutting-edge enterprise AI platform Hard problems worth solving: SAP semantics, AI-ready data, and enterprise-scale deployment — this is genuinely challenging and exciting work Strong team: Work alongside experienced founders and engineers who've built data platforms before Growth trajectory: As the platform and company scale, so does the scope of this role If you enjoy designing usable experiences for complex systems, we’d love to hear from you.
