We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to represent the voice of technology within the organization. In this role, you will own and prioritize the technical backlog for key platforms— Return & Repairs and Instore Services & xplace —ensuring that teams focus on initiatives that deliver business value while driving platform evolution and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Platform Leadership: Support the Platform Owner in delivering technical projects within the Return & Repairs and Instore Services domains. Tech Stack Ownership: Drive improvements across the core technology stack, including: Increasing delivery speed and developer productivity. Reducing team and application interdependencies. Optimizing application performance. Decommissioning legacy components. Roadmap & Backlog Management: Define an ambitious technical roadmap and prioritize backlog items to ensure resilient, high-performing applications. Tooling & Enablement: Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance the daily work of product and business teams. Security Focus: Strengthen application security to safeguard platforms and data. Developer Experience: Optimize the tech stack for usability and documentation, and integrate effective development tools (e.g., linting tools, build optimizers, performance profilers). Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Platform Owners, foundation teams, product delivery teams, and stakeholders to align requirements and manage dependencies. Technology Prioritization: Propose and align technology priorities with platform KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure continuous improvement. Change Management: Coordinate non-agile change projects, track timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery. Quality Assurance: Implement processes to maintain high standards in technical deliverables. Your Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or product management role. Strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills. Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
