📌 About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of an internal software engineering excellence platform. This role has a strong focus on automation, SDLC modernization, and the integration of AI/GenAI-powered solutions within large-scale engineering environments.

You will act as a key bridge between technical teams (engineering, architecture, security) and product stakeholders, driving internal products following an InnerSource and continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, aligned with the engineering strategy.
- Prioritize features enabling SDLC automation and integration with developer and security tools (CI/CD, code analysis, etc.).
- Drive the transition from manual processes to automated, scalable, and tool-agnostic assessments.
- Work closely with technical users to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Support adoption of the platform across multiple teams and entities.
- Clearly communicate product value and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to engineering standards covering quality, security, sustainability, and best practices.

Professional Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, developer platforms, or engineering productivity.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technical or internal products.
- Hands-on exposure to automation initiatives and/or AI/GenAI-powered tools.
- Experience in large, distributed, multi-stakeholder environments.

Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Knowledge of modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ability to assess feasibility and impact of AI/GenAI features.
