You’ll be the face of a role model for our company, reporting directly to the Iberia Area Operations Manager , with the goal of demonstrating top customer care, maintaining the fleet of campervans in neat conditions, and showing accountability of each important instance that need to be led to ensure flawlessly functioning of the depot. Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing need; Assist in Training, supervising, and coaching your team; Booking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services; Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly; You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable; You’re fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); You’re available to work weekends and national holidays; Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you; Compensation package that includes Performance and Referral Bonuses;
