We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and project management to lead application delivery and support within our Corporate IT team. The role combines service delivery and project management responsibilities with a strong focus on coordinating external vendors and supporting the transition of selected services to in-house delivery while ensuring alignment with SGSs technical and operational standards. Lead end-to-end delivery of application being responsible for both their support & improvements (through projects) ensuring overall delivery quality. Lead internal functional & technical teams in supporting and developing complex business applications. Managing vendor deliveries for those outsourced applications & for fixed priced projects (ie : non-internalized work). Ensure the application delivery meets technical and operational standards including security performance and maintainability. Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field. Proven experience managing IT projects and service application support with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and the full software delivery lifecycle. Technical background in application development or infrastructure.
