Reports to: Head of Project Management and ComplianceType: Full-timeSalary: 22-24K Euro/per yearPosition OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of project planning and execution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will also provide hands‑on operational support for virtual and in‑person project components, ensuring successful delivery in compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.Business travel to the project event(s) is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Project Coordination and Support: Assist in the preparation and management of project‑related materials, timelines, and deliverables to support successful project execution.Virtual Platform Management: Coordinate the setup, testing, and maintenance of MphaR virtual platforms or event technologies used for project delivery, ensuring smooth functionality and participant engagement.Contract and Documentation Management: Support the preparation, review, and tracking of project‑related contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.Compliance Communication: Liaise with the compliance department to ensure all project activities and materials adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and client standards.Material Preparation: Develop and format project documentation, reports, and presentation materials according to established templates and project specifications.On‑site Event Support: Attend and support project‑related events, including on‑site coordination, logistics oversight, and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, event management, or a similar coordination role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent tools.Willingness and ability to travel for project events (business travel is mandatory).Proactive and solutions‑oriented approach.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.What you’ll do:Communicate with internal and external stakeholdersSupport project execution and coordinationPrepare and manage virtual event platformsOversee contracts and documentationTravel to events (business travel is mandatory)What we’re looking for:Strong organizational and communication skillsExperience in project coordination or event managementFamiliarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)A proactive, detail‑oriented mindsetAt MphaR, you’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in medical communications and scientific project delivery.Ready to make an impact?Apply today and grow with MphaR#J-18808-Ljbffr
