We are looking for an experienced HPC & Quantum Computing Platform Engineer to design, deploy, operate, and evolve next-generation computing platforms.This role requires strong expertise in distributed systems, automation, high-performance networking, and hardware acceleration, combined with the ability to work in research-driven and production environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable HPC infrastructures and enabling hybrid HPC–Quantum workflows in collaboration with software engineers, researchers, data scientists, and technology partners.The main objective of this position is to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable platforms that support advanced computational workloads while preparing the organization for the progressive adoption of quantum computing technologies.Design, deploy, and maintain HPC and hybrid HPC–Quantum platforms.Ensure platform availability, performance, and security.Act as a technical reference for HPC and quantum computing within the organization.HPC platforms: compute clusters, GPU acceleration, high-performance interconnects (InfiniBand, advanced Ethernet).Storage systems: parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS), object storage, and hybrid solutions.Singularity/Apptainer, Docker, Kubernetes for HPC workloads.Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.Quantum computing integration: quantum simulators, SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, Braket), and cloud or hardware backends.Performance tuning and resource optimization.Large-scale Linux systems.High-performance networking (InfiniBand, RDMA).Automation (Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python).Quantum computing fundamentals and hybrid workflows.Quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, Braket, or similar).HPC–Cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with NVIDIA/AMD hardware and Mellanox networking is a plus.HPC Platform EngineerScientific Computing Systems EngineerDevOps / SRE in high-performance environmentsExperience in research institutions, supercomputing centers, or advanced industrial environments is highly valued.Cutting-edge technology: work with HPC and quantum computing applied to real-world challenges.High impact: your platforms will enable critical scientific and industrial projects.Collaborative culture: highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams.Professional growth: access to advanced training, certifications, and collaboration with leading technology partners.
