Job Description As the face of Hotelbeds to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships within a defined geographic area. Responsibilities Lead the contracting process with clients in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on signing competitive rates for Hotelbeds. Negotiate contract renewal conditions including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies. Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability. Act as the primary contact for accommodation supplier vendors, maintaining excellent relationships. Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions. Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize income. Qualifications Excellent analytical skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently with sound judgment. Proactive decision-making skills. Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel. Experience working with upper management. Good communication and presentation skills. Determination and a winning attitude. Proven results in previous roles. Deep knowledge of the destination and suppliers, with at least 2 years of experience in that area. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination, is preferred. Language Skills Fluent English (desirable) and regional language skills. Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence. Effective presentation skills in small group settings.
