We aim for you to learn, experiment, and evolve within an environment where teamwork and support from more senior colleagues are key.What you will bringUniversity degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or similar0–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI, or similar junior role (internships or academic projects are acceptable)Solid foundations in data analysis and data modeling conceptsKnowledge of relational databases and data structuresExperience or academic background with: SQL (querying, joins, aggregations)Experience with at least one BI / data visualization tool: Power BI, Tableau or similarFluent English (C1 level), written and spoken, German is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to explain data insights clearlyCustomer-oriented mindset and willingness to work in consulting environmentsStrong learning attitude, curiosity, and analytical thinkingNice to have:Familiarity with cloud data platforms (preferably Azure)Basic understanding of ETL / ELT processes and data pipelinesKnowledge of Python (pandas, numpy)First exposure to version control systems (Git)Interest in data quality, governance, and best practicesExperience working in international or multicultural environmentsYou will be responsible forAnalyze structured and semi-structured data from different sources to identify patterns, trends, and insightsDesign and build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI) to support business decision-makingWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform dataSupport senior data analysts and consultants in: Data modeling, Data validation and quality checksPreparing analytical outputs for customersCollaborate with stakeholders (business users, developers, data engineers) to understand reporting and analysis needsDocument analysis logic, data sources, and assumptions clearlyParticipate in international project teams, following ERNI quality standards and best practicesContinuously improve your technical, analytical, and consulting skills through training and on-the-job learningOur working modelWe ask you to be available for key meetings.
