What are we looking for? An/a Project Manager Defense Programs - Relocation Spain , with at least 10years of experience. Availability to join a stable project in Madrid. Degree:Master Work Model:Hybrid Work Schedule:Complete Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management , or related field. 10+ years of experience managing defense or aerospace projects , preferably in avionics, secure systems, or space technologies. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and MSProject . Experience with regulated environments and military standards (e.g., MIL-STD, STANAG, DO-178C, DO-254). Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. What will your responsibilities be? Lead the planning, execution, and control of defense-related engineering projects . Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines , ensuring alignment with contractual and strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams including systems, hardware, software, and ILS engineers. Ensure compliance with defense standards, security protocols, and customer requirements. Identify and mitigate risks , manage changes, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. Interface with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction. Prepare and present project documentation, including schedules, reports, and technical reviews. Support contract execution, procurement planning, and quality assurance. Promote continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of project management practices. What we offer you?
