Competitive pay and access to equity: Salary ranges by location: in London, £85,797 at entry-level up to £250,512 for high-experience roles; elsewhere in Europe, €66,065 to €188,848. Compensation can grow rapidly based on impact and experience, and may exceed the usual ranges for exceptional capability. Permanent contract holders may receive part of their pay in company equity at a discounted price. Relocating to Italy may enjoy a 50% tax cut. The selection process If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours.
