From multimodal transports to perfect warehousing, from smooth customs clearance to innovative value‑added services, we always keep our pulse on the times and are at our customers' side.We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Controlling and Business Analysis, someone who can think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.ResponsibilitiesEnsure autonomy in monthly reporting.Prepare VPM analyses and bridges without supervision.Maintain consistent control of monthly forecasts.Identify at least two process improvements or automation opportunities within the first six months.Build strong working relationships with local delegations and cross‑functional teams.Technical RequirementsAdvanced Excel skills: PowerQuery, PowerPivot, modeling, and complex functions.Solid experience in controlling or business analysis (minimum 3‑4 years).Knowledge of KPIs such as GM, EBITA, VPM, variances, and results analysis.Proficiency in Power BI (data models + basic DAX).Familiarity with ERPs (ideally SAP FI/CO).Previous experience in monthly reporting, closing, and forecasting.Advanced business English.Core CompetenciesBusiness KnowledgeBusiness ManagementActive CollaborationSelf‑ManagementDeterminationRHENUS OVERLAND TRANSPORT SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
