Role As a Data & AI Analyst, you will support Visium's strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence. As such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects. Your responsibilities will include: Assist in developing and implementing data and AI strategies for clients. Research emerging data and AI trends and provide insights to the team. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business processes using data and AI. Help analyze data sets and create visualizations to communicate findings to clients. Assist in creating client-facing reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations. Develop strategic recommendations for both Visium and its clients with thorough argumentation. Liaise with the different internal departments of Visium. To apply, this should be part of your background: 2+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and pragmatically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A curious and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to explore how AI can drive innovation and impact. Fluent in English, German or French will be considered as a plus.
