The PMO is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s reach through new sales channels and customer segments. This role focuses on developing the Affinities channel as a new source of business and driving growth within the International Residents segment. It involves managing cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders around strategic goals, and ensuring successful implementation of initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence and customer base. What will you do at Allianz? Lead strategic initiatives to develop new business channels (Affinities) and customer segments (International Residents). Define and deliver value propositions for partners, clients, and intermediaries, strengthening AZ’s market positioning. Drive partner engagement and pitch readiness, creating tailored proposals for different ecosystems. Oversee legacy business decommissioning and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic focus. Prepare key governance materials (PD, SD, executive reports) to support senior management decision-making.Monitor market trends to identify potential partnership opportunities, helping partners to scale their business with Allianz. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all partnership activities What does Allianz need from you? Strong commercial acumen and high-work ethics Experience in cross-functional & cross-LoB collaboration. Great communication & stakeholder management skills. Track record of excellent delivery in quality, time, and budget. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
