The company operates internationally from offices across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Africa.Job DescriptionThe O&M Manager is responsible for the management, organization, monitoring and supervision of any operation and maintenance activities on a PV project. The main purpose is to ensure the operation and functionality of the PV project and guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts.Responsible for the technical management and supervision of the plant, ensuring and optimising the plant's energy production, availability and PR objectivesPlanning and managing of the productive/preventive/corrective actions of the plant coordinating the different work teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of productionGuiding, delegating and communicating with local technicians and assistantsVerifying the fulfilment of tasks and plans.
