About the Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Operations. This high-visibility role involves shaping and optimizing our entire revenue funnel, with a particular emphasis on top-of-funnel activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes, focusing on top-of-funnel marketing operations and seamless handoffs to sales and customer success.
  • Create and manage a lead scoring framework, integrating multi-channel intent data for high-quality lead handoffs.
  • Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management, ensuring data cleanliness and smooth operations across the revenue funnel.
  • Own the account scoring system, using ICP alignment, intent signals, web engagement, and lead activities to prioritize efforts.
  • Develop a comprehensive attribution model to assess campaign effectiveness and inform budget decisions.
  • Administer and enhance HubSpot and the marketing tech stack, exploring new tools to support growth.
  • Lead operational initiatives from discovery to execution and documentation.
  • Analyze revenue data to provide strategic insights, improve conversion rates, and drive growth.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into key metrics, pipeline health, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance revenue team efficiency.
About You
  • Experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex details engagingly across all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment, taking initiative.
  • Project management experience, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and desire to understand and optimize tools and processes deeply.
