Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable revenue operations processes, focusing on top-of-funnel marketing operations and seamless handoffs to sales and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes.
  • Create and manage a lead scoring framework, integrating multi-channel intent data to ensure timely and high-quality lead handoffs.
  • Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management, ensuring data cleanliness and seamless operations across the revenue funnel.
  • Own the account scoring system, using ICP alignment, intent signals, web engagement, and lead activities to prioritise Marketing and Sales effort at account-level.
  • Analyse revenue data to provide insights that inform strategy, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
About You:
  • You should have experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial, with the ability to communicate complex details in an engaging way to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment where taking initiative is critical to success.
