Our team has expanded from two to 180+ members. We are seeking talented, motivated, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team.

About The Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Operations to join our team. This high-visibility, high-impact role involves shaping and optimizing our entire revenue funnel, with a particular emphasis on top-of-funnel activities. You will be key in building scalable processes, managing our tech stack, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes, focusing on top-of-funnel marketing operations and seamless handoffs to sales and customer success.
  2. Create and manage a lead scoring framework, integrating multi-channel intent data for high-quality lead handoffs.
  3. Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management, ensuring data cleanliness and smooth operations across the revenue funnel.
  4. Own the account scoring system, using ICP alignment, intent signals, web engagement, and lead activities to prioritize efforts.
  5. Develop a comprehensive attribution model to assess campaign effectiveness and inform budget decisions.
  6. Administer and enhance HubSpot and the marketing tech stack, exploring new tools to support growth.
  7. Lead operational initiatives from discovery to execution and documentation.
  8. Analyze revenue data to provide strategic insights, improve conversion rates, and drive growth.
  9. Create dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into key metrics, pipeline health, and ROI.
  10. Build and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance revenue team efficiency.
About You
  1. Experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
  2. Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex details engagingly across all levels.
  5. Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment, taking initiative.
  6. Project management experience, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  7. Curiosity and desire to understand and optimize tools and processes deeply.
