Our team has expanded from two to 180+ members. We are seeking talented, motivated, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team.
About The RoleWe are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Operations to join our team. This high-visibility, high-impact role involves shaping and optimizing our entire revenue funnel, with a particular emphasis on top-of-funnel activities. You will be key in building scalable processes, managing our tech stack, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes, focusing on top-of-funnel marketing operations and seamless handoffs to sales and customer success.
- Create and manage a lead scoring framework, integrating multi-channel intent data for high-quality lead handoffs.
- Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management, ensuring data cleanliness and smooth operations across the revenue funnel.
- Own the account scoring system, using ICP alignment, intent signals, web engagement, and lead activities to prioritize efforts.
- Develop a comprehensive attribution model to assess campaign effectiveness and inform budget decisions.
- Administer and enhance HubSpot and the marketing tech stack, exploring new tools to support growth.
- Lead operational initiatives from discovery to execution and documentation.
- Analyze revenue data to provide strategic insights, improve conversion rates, and drive growth.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into key metrics, pipeline health, and ROI.
- Build and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance revenue team efficiency.
- Experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex details engagingly across all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment, taking initiative.
- Project management experience, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and desire to understand and optimize tools and processes deeply.
