We are looking for customer service professionals with a good knowledge of French for one of our client companies in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers via telephone, email and the web, providing technical support and problem solving assistance.Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolutionAssist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly.Evaluate new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancementsWork with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values.Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated (Client) service group.Job Requirements and conditionsMandatory languages: FrenchBasic PC SkillsGood communication skillsAvailability to work in shifts: 7 24 (40 hours per week, 5 days per week)Contract type: Temporary position for 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee upon successful completion of the contract.Advanced experience in Organization Development: Service Orientation, Insight, Proactive CooperationBasic understanding of the principles, theories, and practices of group dynamics and/or team developmentBasic Business Development:Results Focused, InitiativeCustomer orientedExperience: No specific experience is required (initial training)
