Ensure regular review and follow-up on the completion of strategic items.* **Specialized Focus**: Develop targeted strategies for reporting, analytics, and sustainability within the IT organization.* **Business Partnership**: Translate business needs into long-term IT plans in close collaboration with division and corporate lead function heads.* **Cross-Functional Alignment**: Ensure strategic coherence with adjacent areas such as information security, technology, and application management.* **Continuous Improvement**: Monitor and refine IT strategies to stay ahead of evolving business requirements.* **Strategic Communication and Change Management**: Actively communicate and promote the IT strategy across all teams to ensure alignment and engagement.# Qualifications:* **Academic Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.* **Languages**: Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.* **Strategic Mindset**: Strong analytical and planning capabilities to define and adapt strategic goals, offering a good understanding of the business.* **Business-IT Synergy**: Proven experience in integrating IT strategy with corporate vision.* **Analytical Skills**: Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable strategic goals.* **Collaborative Spirit**: Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination with division and corporate lead function heads.* **Technical Acumen**: Solid understanding of information security, technology trends, and application ecosystems.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
