Descripción del trabajoWe are looking for an over-achieving Content Specialist (excellent English skills), to join the European Blockchain Convention, one of the largest blockchain events in Europe.Reporting directly to the Event Director, you will be responsible for securing top-tier speakers, designing a high-impact agenda, developing engaging content, bringing the right audience, and ensuring each event delivers exceptional value to our audience.The ideal candidate is passionate about finance, technology, events and is ambitious, smart, proactive, hard-working, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement and is a great communicator.Key ResponsibilitiesSecure high-profile speakers and create content that drives attendance and sponsorshipsDesign cutting-edge conference agenda that blend market insights with forward-thinking conceptsIdentify emerging trends and industry pain pointsCollaborate with our marketing team to develop persuasive promotional materialsCoordinate with the sponsorship team to ensure speakers and agenda align with event goalsExecute marketing across digital channels, email, and partnerships to boost attendanceCraft persuasive pitches and marketing copy that resonate with senior executivesDevelop and manage a hosted program, identifying and inviting targeted companies to participateOrganize 1 : 1 meetings between attendees, speakers, and sponsorsRequirementsBSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related field3 years of proven experience in a similar roleA commercial mindset with an understanding of event industry economicsPrior work or personal interest in blockchain, technology or financial newsStrong writing and communication skillsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsResults-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targetsPassion for finance, entrepreneurship and technologyThis Role Is Not For You If YouNeed constant direction to design agenda and secure speakersAvoid difficult follow-ups or saying no to weak speakersPrefer theory over executionStruggle with deadlines, ambiguity, or last-minute changesWhat we offerSalary according to valueYoung, dynamic, and multi-tasking environmentGreat professional upside within a young and fast-growing companyYou will have the chance to make an impact and quickly build a strong reputation as we shape the future of crypto together#J-18808-Ljbffr
