Job Title: Operations Executive (TEMPORAL)
Job Description:
Gestiona los plazos de la campaña y presta apoyo operacional en coordinación con los asociados internos y externos para asegurar que los materiales apropiados se reciban y/o distribuyan correctamente y que cumplan o superen las especificaciones y expectativas de calidad del cliente.Establece y conserva las relaciones con el equipo de operaciones de los medios de comunicación y entre los socios clave de todas las marcas de medios de comunicación.Se asocia con los miembros del equipo y con los altos cargos en la implementación de mejoras continuas relacionadas con la gestión de clientes y campañas para hacer que el proceso sea más eficaz para clientes y empresas.Garantiza que las transiciones de clientes, desde la incorporación hasta la salida, estén debidamente respaldadas y gestionadas.Se asocia con marcas de planificación para proporcionar apoyo operacional en la configuración de contratos y registros del cliente y el mantenimiento del sistema.Garantiza el apoyo al mantenimiento y la utilización del presupuesto mediante la creación y/o el seguimiento de los requisitos de referencia, como las autorizaciones de compra de medios de comunicación (MPA) y los detalles presupuestarios.Gestiona los requisitos de los informes de los clientes y genera plantillas de informes de acuerdo con los requisitos.Apoya el liderazgo de la marca en la realización de auditorías de clientes.Proporciona apoyo operacional adicional según sea necesario.
