This role is critical in expanding our footprint in the entertainment industry through effective sales strategies and robust market research.If you are familiar with the Entertainment Industry and want to be a key part of our expansion, we want to meet youWe believe in the potential of every individual, regardless of gender expression, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability. In the Ingresse universe, everyone is welcome.Your responsibilities will include:Prospecting event organizers to create partnerships for Ingresse's services.Creating commercial proposals.Contract negotiation.Market research.Developing and implementing a customer retention strategy to enhance client loyalty.What are the requirements?Entertainment market knowledge.Sales and negotiation skills.Proven track record in driving results.Personal attributes and competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Strong interpersonal abilities to negotiate, influence, and build effective relationships.Ability to proactively identify issues and develop creative solutions.Experience in managing long-term client relationships and understanding client needs.Ability to analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Other requirements:Availability to travel nationally and internationally.Proficiency in business software tools and digital platforms relevant to managing the company, such as Pipedrive, Slack, and other management software.About Ingresse:Ingresse is a global entertainment company and the leading player in Latin America, born with the purpose of connecting people to unforgettable experiences.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Madrid
