In 2023, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.ROLE SUMMARY:Inspired Education is seeking a Marketing & Brand Executive to support the delivery of brand and marketing initiatives across its portfolio of premium schools in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening brand awareness, consistency, and engagement in a dynamic, international environment.The RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing, Spain , and based in the Madrid Offices, you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of online and offline marketing activities aligned with Inspired’s global brand strategy. Working closely with global teams, agencies, and school leadership, you will help bring to life Inspired’s distinctive educational offering, combining academic excellence, elite sports, and creative and performing arts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support and deliver annual marketing plans for Inspired schools in SpainExecute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsWork with the Digital Marketing team to manage and analyse campaign performanceSupport brand campaigns, events, PR initiatives, and website updatesConduct market and audience research to inform media and channel selectionCollaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on timeAttend key school events to understand each school’s positioning and audienceTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:3+ years’ experience delivering marketing activities across online and offline channelsStrong written communication and storytelling skillsExperience managing Meta and Google campaigns with performance analysis capabilityFull professional proficiency in EnglishOrganised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel within and outside the Community of MadridSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
