DescriptionTrevi SpA, for an important project in Spain, is looking for a: SITE HR GENERALIST Responsibilities Management of site personnel and related daily activities. Administration of HR procedures. Support to the HRBP in the recruitment of new personnel and in the logistical management of site staff. Updating and maintenance of HR archives, HR software, and company databases. Requirements High school diploma or university degree. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Experience in HR administrative procedures (hiring, terminations, contract changes, etc.). Understanding of key HR processes. Familiarity with the national collective labor agreement (CCNL) applicable to the Division. Proficiency in Oracle HCM HR software. Spanish language proficiency (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of Italian and English will be considered a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset. The role requires on‑site presence at the project construction site in Spain.
