Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring high performance and compliance standards. Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS) QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required 7+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on quality assurance Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and quality assurance processes Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex IT environments Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance Experience with DMS solutions Additional InformationAt Fusion, we aspire to be one of the world's leading life sciences consulting firms, setting industry benchmarks with innovative and pioneering solutions.
