Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring high performance and compliance standards.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management
- Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects
- Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on quality assurance
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and quality assurance processes
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex IT environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance
- Experience with DMS solutions
