Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects, ensuring high performance and compliance standards.

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects
• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on quality assurance
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and quality assurance processes
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex IT environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance
• Experience with DMS solutions
