Reporting Manager: CROLocation: Remote (US or Europe) The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Leader who loves turning chaos into clarity, automating the boring stuff, and watching the numbers move because of what they built. This execution-first role owns the systems, automations, and data flows that power how we find, score, route, and close deals, and how we scale that process globally. You’ll have autonomy to make things happen. If you geek out on growth mechanics, automation tools, and building high-performance revenue engines, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Build the Lead Engine: Design and run the systems that fuel our pipeline. Own the process of finding and enriching high-quality leads, designing scalable, data-informed growth. Manage scoring, enrichment, and territory logic. Route leads to AEs and SDRs automatically in Salesforce and Gong. Maintain structured, high-quality data across every source. Set up smart alerts and workflows that surface opportunities in real time. Optimize the Funnel: Define and monitor every stage of the sales funnel. Spot leaks or slowdowns, build dashboards for funnel health, and design experiments to boost conversion, forecast growth, and improve customer lifetime value. Automate alerts for deal slippage or inactivity. Turn Data Into Decisions: Build dashboards that reveal what’s working across acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation. Track metrics like First Purchase rate, ARPU, retention, and payback. Automate summaries and insights for leadership so teams can act fast and stay aligned. Scale Systems & Automation: Own and optimize Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ThoughtSpot, 11x, and more. Automate lead enrichment, routing, and follow-ups end-to-end. Create new workflows to reduce manual work. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to surface customer insights influencing the roadmap. Enable Sales Through Smart Systems: Champion new tools and training to improve sales productivity, backed by real-time feedback. Simplify workflows and ensure tools, templates, and processes help reps close faster and with higher quality. Impact statements are included for each area to describe expected outcomes. Who You Are 6-10 years in Revenue, Growth, or Sales Operations Fluent in Salesforce, Clay, Gong and automation tools (e.g. Zapier/Make.com) AI-first mindset; actively use and experiment with AI tools to automate, analyze, and accelerate work Data-savvy; comfortable building dashboards and queries Bias toward execution; you build, test, and iterate without waiting for perfection Curious, systems-minded, and focused on making processes run smoother What Success Looks Like Leads are enriched, scored, and routed quickly Funnel performance and visibility improve across regions Conversion rates rise through smarter targeting and automation Weekly dashboards become a go-to source of truth for the business Alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance on core numbers Why Nivoda Join a hyper-growth company transforming a $350B global industry Collaborate closely with the CRO, CEO, and VP Sales on core GTM systems Remote, flexible environment with a high-performance culture Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses tied to real business results This is a role for someone who loves building the systems behind growth and automating inefficiency.
