Estamos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager Senior (Customer Success) # ;#Empresa internacional disruptiva está creciendo Y desde Selecta Digital estamos ayudándole a promover el mejor talento para su equipo con el fin de ser el responsable de gestionar los proyectos del departamento de Customer Success, identificando objetivos, elaborar planes de trabajo y realizar seguimiento. Liderar proyectos de Customer Success, aportando valor en cada interacción: desde el onboarding hasta renovaciones, retención, cross-sell, etc. Identificar oportunidades e insights de crecimiento para optimizar canales existentes y nuevos Desarrollar estrategias personalizadas adaptadas a cada cliente y contexto. Trabajar con el equipo de producto para adaptar el producto a las necesidades de clientes. Experiencia de al menos 4 años trabajando como Project Manager en proyectos de desarrollo de software o implantación de soluciones tecnológicas. #Experiencia previa en áreas de Customer Experience / Customer Success o funciones equivalentes. #Nivel de inglés C1 (indispensable). #Nivel de francés C1 (indispensable). #Experiencia deseable liderando equipos.
