**UN forecasts show**: By 2050, nearly 70 percent of the world's population is expected to live in cities. This makes it crucial for traffic and transportation experts to work on introducing tomorrow's mobility solutions. That's the only way to counteract and prevent growing problems such as congestion, environmental pollution, and safety risks. Kapsch TrafficCom is one of the key players in the development of sustainable mobility concepts for cities.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work with diferent projects related to traffic management and intelligent mobility solutions in the north of Spain.

**Responsabilities**:
Review and monitoring of the contract with the client.
Organization and management of internal meetings, with suppliers and clients.
Coordination between different departments Software, Manufacturing, Prevention HSSEQ, Administration and Management among others.
Economic monitoring of the works. Review of costs incurred vs. budget.
Monitoring of billing milestones.
Project planning, and monitoring.
Coordination of the project team, and of other areas and stakeholders involved in the project.
Analysis and problem solving. Monitoring of the KPIs of the contracts.
Lead human team to achieve the objectives of the company.
Coordinator of the Prevention and Health and Safety tasks

**Requirements**:
Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, industrial, civil, telecommunications, or similar.
A minimum of 5, preferably 10+ years relevant experience as Project Manager (Delivery & Maintenance)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solution driven personality with can-do attitude & approach
Proven leadership experience in line and matrix organizations
**Languages**: Medium-high English. Basque valuable.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
ITS industry background is an asset
