 JOB DESCRIPTIONESG Internship – Barcelona 2025JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an individual who is eager to complete an internship in the ESG department and has an academic background related to Environmental, Social, and Governanc  DUTIESAssist in monitoring the company's sustainability performance by collaborating with the team responsible for collecting and systematizing relevant data. Support the enhancement and maintenance of systems for analysis, control, reporting, and risk management in sustainability, ensuring compliance with applicable European regulations under the team's guidance. Provide support in preparing sustainability-related information and preliminary accountability tasks in coordination with other company departments. Participate in the preparation of sustainability reports and integrated statements, assisting the team throughout the different phases of the process until approval by the competent body. Assist in tracking sustainability plans, objectives, and programs related to non-financial governance risks, including the collection and analysis of metrics aligned with current standards and regulations. Collaborate in the design and implementation of materiality analysis processes to identify and update key ESG aspects for adequate non-financial risk management.Facilitate collaboration and dialogue with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability topics under the supervision of the firm's integrated ESG team REQUIREMENTS Degree in Law (preferred). Academic background in ESG. Advanced level of English. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Empathy, versatility, and teamwork abilities. Organization, planning, and strategic analytical skills.Proactiveness.
