Overview Join to apply for the Global Revenue Enablement Program Lead role at ABBYY . The Global Revenue Enablement Program Lead is a trusted operator within ABBYY’s revenue organization, responsible for running global enablement programs, managing the enablement tech stack, and ensuring field teams are consistently equipped to perform at their best. This role partners closely with the Head of Global Revenue Enablement but is expected to operate independently — owning execution, platforms, and communications with minimal oversight once aligned. Responsibilities Own and execute global enablement programs — including onboarding, certifications, solution refreshers, and the ongoing training calendar. Administer ABBYY’s enablement tech stack — managing Seismic (content governance, updates, analytics) and Mindtickle (learning paths, certifications, reporting) to ensure field readiness at scale. Deliver field communications — manage the Global Enablement Newsletter and other enablement updates to ensure consistent alignment across regions. Translate strategy into execution — work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to turn GTM priorities into structured, actionable enablement deliverables. Measure and improve — track adoption, completion, and platform usage, surfacing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as a trusted partner to the field — capture feedback, resolve enablement requests, and ensure reps have the right “know, say, show, do” resources at their fingertips.
